How do I find out who is playing, when and where?
In addition to finding this information on our website (flagfolkfest.org), we are introducing the use of a Festival App for the first time! It’s super-intuitive and easy to use. Get the app in two easy steps:
- Go to your app store on your smartphone, search for GrandStand Events. Download and open the app.
- Search for Flagstaff Folk Festival and click to open. Voila!
Will there be printed schedules?
Yes, we’ll provide printed schedules but we really hope you’ll check out the app for the most up-to-date schedule!
Are all stages wheelchair accessible?
All stages but one is accessible by wheel chair. The Amphitheater is under the pines on sloped, forest ground. However, the music is still audible from nearby.
Will there be food and drink?
We’ll have 6 food and drink vendors: Wil’s Grill (BBQ), Summer of Love Coffee, The Sweet Note Bakery, Cheeky Kiwi Ice Cream, and Young Jammers will offer cold sodas, gatorade and water. All vendors will be able to accept payment by credit card.
Where should I stay?
Our hospitality sponsor is The Americana Motor Hotel. They are a newly remodeled, retro-stylized motel. They even have an outdoor pool, which is rare in Flagstaff! Give them a call and enjoy a generous discount on your room. https://www.americanamotorhotel.com/
Is there camping?
There is no camping at the festival. However, we are surrounded by the Coconino National Forest where dispersed camping is currently allowed. Due to fire danger, often the forest is closed. Just a few miles north on hwy 180 there are forest service roads to the right. Please check the status of any forest closures here: https://www.fs.usda.gov/r03/coconino/conditions/forest-roads-status
